INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
1.0 INTRODUCTION
Candidates are expected to read these instructions carefully before completing the online application form on the Internet.
2.0 PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
2.1 Sign Up as a New User

For a candidate to use the JAMB e-Registration website as a new user, the candidate must have procured the Online Registration Scratch Card. The scratch card contains a unique serial number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) for registration
A new user will have to Sign Up. This process will validate the PIN and create a login account for the candidate which he/she can use subsequently to access his/her form online.

Note: Candidates are expected to keep their Scratch Cards, the username and Password secret as it can give unauthorized persons access to their form. Please don't forget your user name and password. User name and password should be at least six characters
To Sign Up
Launch the www.jamb.org.ng website from Internet Explorer
Click on the "UME 2008" link
Locate the "Sign Up" column below the Login
Supply the PIN and Serial Number on your scratch card
Click on the Sign Up button
Note: If the PIN is valid, the interface to Create User Account will be launched.
 
To complete the User Account Creation form:
Supply your user name
Supply a Password
Confirm the password
Select security question (in case you forget your password)
Supply security answer
Click Ok
This will take you to the JAMB online form web page where a lot of operations on the application form can be carried out.
Note: if the User name already exists; the message "User name already Exists" will be displayed on submission. You will be required to choose another user name.
