Attaching Candidate's Passport Photograph
|

To attach your passport
photograph to your form, you must have created an electronic copy of the passport
photograph as follows: |

Scan the actual passport photograph using a flatbed scanner or take a passport photograph
with a digital camera |
|
|
|

The passport photo should not be more than 15 kb. It can be coloured or black and
white. The passport photograph must be clear and the candidate's face must NOT be
obstructed in any way by items like glasses, sun glasses, head gear, etc. |
