The instructions provided on this site will guide you to fill the registration form. Make sure you understand every step in the instruction before filling.

Candidates are strongly advised to study the Brochure very carefully before proceeding to fill the registraton form. This is to avoid making mistakes in filling the form.

The sign up link enables you to validate your PIN and allows you to create an account you  can use subsequently to access your information. When you click Sign Up the first page that will display will request for your PIN and serial number. If you supply that and click ok, your PIN will be validated. For unsuccessful PINs, the system will display a message "Invalid Pin" but for valid PINs, the page for creating user account will open.

Supply your username, password and confirm password. Also supply your security question and answer, that will be helpful in case you forget your password. Click Ok when you are done.

Note if the username has been used by somebody else, the system will say "Username already used", simply choose another username.
If the account creation is successfully done, the system takes you to registration home page, where you will see at the top of the page, Home, Instructions, Brochure, Register, Edit registration and Download.

Click  Register on top of your form if you are filling the form for the first time, but  if you have filled the form before and saved, and want to modify your form, select Edit Register on top of the form.

Click the download button to download the template of form which you can fill at home as a sample and use it to fill the online Form

Please note that on the Registration form, the red asterix (*) appearing besides some text boxes of the forms is an indication that the option is compulsory  and must be filled with valid data.

After filling in the form, you will see a Save and Submit  button.

Note that you cannot change your Exam Town after you have saved or submitted your form.

Clicking the save button means you still have intension to re-visit your form and may make further changes. Note: When you save, JAMB does not see your form as being completed until you submit. You do not have registration number and exam number at this point

Clicking the submit button will send your form to JAMB and issues your registration number and examination number. You can not edit your entries after you have submitted.

Note: If you did not submit your entries till the expiration of your registration period, which should be 21 days from the first day you signed up, your saved form will be automatically submitted and generate your registration number and examiniation number which you can access if you print your  slip on login.
